The phases of social meditation

Each social meditation session follows three phases:
Setup Phase
The Facilitator explains the practice, gives a demonstration, and answers questions.
Practice Phase
Everyone, including the Facilitator, joins in to do the practice.
Reflection Phase
Participants share how the practice went.
If time allows, people can share more insights or ask follow-up questions.
The Facilitator concludes the session when the time is up.
