Each social meditation session follows three phases:

  1. Setup Phase

    • The Facilitator explains the practice, gives a demonstration, and answers questions.

  2. Practice Phase

    • Everyone, including the Facilitator, joins in to do the practice.

  3. Reflection Phase

    • Participants share how the practice went.

    • If time allows, people can share more insights or ask follow-up questions.

    • The Facilitator concludes the session when the time is up.
