**Step 4**: Do your first social meditation on Interbe.ing.

**Step 5**: Do at least an hour of a single technique–we call this "empowerment".

**Step 7:** Start facilitating practices you're empowered in, using the Interbe.ing facilitator tools

**Step 8**: Complete your Level 1 certification by facilitating over 100 hours of practice.
